How to customize the invoice/packing slip.

I'm using v.1.3 and the admin/invoice.php only includes define statements. I can't find the layout for invoices anywhere.
Can someone tell me what file I need to edit to customize the invoice and packaging slip.

I want to get rid of a price column that is redundant and also change the logo from a GIF to a high res PNG file. (e.g. logo.png). Our logo prints poorly as a gif so I can't just replace the logo.gif.

I think this is simple if I can just be directed where to look. Search did not pull up anything.

Never mind. I found the correct file to edit. For the logo, I created a new define in the English file in admin and named it logo.png.

The Packing List and Invoice is only for each customer. What if I needed to print all the invoices/packing list in bulk(eg. for all outstanding orders). Also, I want to create a consolidate "packing list" - that reflects all the totals of each item ordered.

So in other words, I need to add 3 reports into Zen-cart somewhere that could :

1. Generate a list of invoices (for all outstanding invoices) - in the process, maybe mass change the status to "processing" instead of pending

2. Generate a list of packing list

3. Generate a consolidated or total for the packing list


Any general pointers on how do to this appreciated.
