Customer Login and Checkout problems

Hello All

Some of my customers are having problems logging in and checking out. We are still taking orders from other customers and I my self can place orders easily so mystified as to why some people are having problems

This is what the customers said word for word

"I have been unable to place an order, as the computer won't move on to step
2 of the checkout process (ie. it won't move past the "change of address for shipping", to the "choose payment method". "

This is from a newly registered customer
"Just trying to complete an order with you guys, but the checkout system won't let me get past step 1. Everytime i click on the continue button, it effectively just refreshes the page"

Please advise someone

just a quick update

The customer who said

This was because they were trying to add a product with FREE Shipping enabled BUT
I had forgotten to SWITCH on the FREE SHIPPING MODULE in Shipping!
