I have a friend that I installed and put the zen cart on her site well when you go to log in it sends a double link on the log in button causing the website to the log in screen 2x's causing a 404 script error can someone tell me how to fix that PLEASE.....

That link is forwarding to your phpMyAdmin login.
This sounds like a problem with your hosting configuration, or you have some sort of redirect in your public_html/.htaccess or index.html
You need to talk to your hosting company to resolve this problem..
