UPS/FreightTable question

On http://www.poolspaqeuipmentdirect.com my client is selling pool heaters, pool pumps, etc... so the weight of things varies from a few pounds, to a few 100 pounds. On anything that weighs more than 100 lbs, they have to go freight. I set up a "widget" for test purposes. When I set its weight up as 150lbs, UPS seems to be disabled, and freight is selected. When I moved its weight up to 350 lbs- the correct shipping rate was selected, and UPS was not available. When I set its weight to 40lbs, UPS was available, but freight was still selected as "best way" - even though I set it up so that anything under 100lbs is $2,000 shipping (figured that'd scare 'em off). So, despite UPS prices ranging from $16-$105, the $2,000 freight was still selected. Is there a way to make freight not available if weight is less than 100lbs?

hey, can you tell me how you did that? i'm going to be doing anything over 120lbs to become Freight and i'm not sure how to do that.
