Freight / LTL / RFQ Shipping Module?

I'm new to Zen also... but there is a Table-Freight shipping module in Modules-> Shipping. It lets you define the price by weight. Pretty nifty. I am trying to figure out a way to make it so a product ships UPS up to a certain weight, and then freight after that.
