Product Options Values Length

Thanks for getting back to me. I am still stuck with 64 characters when attempting to increase the size of the option value, it will be for the Read Only option value which still limits me to 64 characters. (screenshots attached)

On this Option Name page - it says NOTE: Rows, Display Size and Max Length are for Text Attributes Only:

However the TEXT option does not offer me an option value and nor does it allow me to put the content in the Option Name to be added onto product pages using the attributes controller.

The Option Names that you have set to Read Only are just that ... Read Only values ... they are not for anything other than display of the option name and option values ...

To make a Text Area you have to set up the Option Name as TEXT ...

There is no Option Value to create as Option Names that are set as TEXT use a special setting in the:
products_options_values

table for the settings:

products_options_values_id language_id products_options_values_name products_options_values_sort_order
