Well....darn it Ajeh - it ended up not working the way I thought it would It is the
option name that I need longer in the db.

When you say longer in the database ... do you mean after the fact you are trying to update the Option Name in the Order?

For your downloads issue ... I need an URL to your Product that isn't working ...

Sounds like you do not have the Option Name set up as either a Radiobutton or a Dropdown ... or You do not have a default set so the Product gets added to the Order without a Download attached to it ...

I just fixed it as I was in the wrong field earlier, this time I increased the characters to 64 in products_option_name.

As far as the all attribute items which do not get added to the sales reports to show total sold, this is one of the items that has been dowloaded both in single files and the whole album:

I forgot to address 2 points that were in your reply:

I have them set up as checkboxes. I thought in order for them to be able to select more than 1 item, we had to use checkboxes.

This one confuses me a bit.

If it means that am I making one of the downloads a default that is already checked? The answer is no as the client didn't want one checked by default.

If it means if there are any other regular products (such as the cd hard copy) for sale on the same product page as products for download. The answer is No, not on any of the downloads sold thus far. They have been ones that are all downloads only with no physical item listed.

If you use Radiobuttons or Dropdowns you need multiple Option Names and matching Option Values ...

As checkboxes ... the only concern is has something been selected ...

If selected great ... if not there is not a catch for that ... yet ...

Your checkboxes are good in that you can selectively choose who is wanted ... but nothing blocks that Product from being added with nothing checked, at this time ...

If things are checked, they show in the Orders ...

If nothing is checked nothing shows in the Orders and the customer gets nothing ... although you gots money depending on your setup for pricing ...
