Bulk upload?

I have a l o n g list of products and I would like to be able to upload them all at once. Plus, my product list changes several times per month, so I will need to completely replacle the list when I upload a new one.

I know that there are some plugins available and that this topic is covered, but I am sufficiently unskilled enough to not understand how to make those solutions work. Can someone please help me with this?

As this is a matter that can only be handled in a direction manner and from your post this might not be sufficient.
