changing colour of brown title bars

Can anyone tell me what code changes the the color of the brown title bars.

I have searched through the codes but cannot find which bit I have to change.

Look in that style sheet, plus any others in your Classic css folder, for tile_back.jpg.. comment out image if required, instead insert colour/image required..
