I whoke up earlier this morning just for you guys. Finally, I can post an update. Yesterday night, I had no internet connectivity at all so - here it is -

update:

The MOD is now fully coded & tested and the routines are solid. With a simple line function, you can implement this within almost all (if not all period) your overrides modules.

Right now, I'm completing the documentation + the installation guide so that everyone could follow it. 99% is admin based configurations. Further details will be posted in a couple of hours.

I am no coder but I think the easy way to block an abusive user from buying from you would be for someone to create a module that would block a persons credit card number and or their pay pal name and or including their real name or street address.

If you could implement a block using any or all of these methods I think it would be very very effective.
