Not sure what your goal is here. Are you wanting to have the cart full screen or some other width.
Currently, you have some settings set at width: 690px with items on the page set at 802
You have an excellent layout idea but it looks like you're trying to combine the old table-based stylesheet with new ideas.

The only identifiable error in your stylesheet is that line 486 of stylesheet6.css needs #000000 versus #00000.

oops. i forgetten to state the exact problem.sorry
the sides of the center box is covering the yelllow borders on both side of the screen. how can i rectify the problem? what can i do to prevent the box from stretching when i add more than 3 products onto that page i future? thank you very much.

Seems to me that you're trying to pour a quart into a pint pot. If you have more than three images in a row, where do you expect them to go other than spreading out to the sides?

Did you per chance change your Products Columns per Row from 3 to 5?

the listing value is set at 3 per row. is it possible to set the cart to display additional products on another row?

This is very interesting. Without access to yur Admin settings we're flying a bit blind. And in any case, it's not clear (at least to me) which bit of Zen Cart is being invoked to display these products.

I'd better explain that a bit. In the default setup for Zen Cart v1.3+ (BTW which version are you using), clicking on a category with sub categories would normally result in subcategory images being displayed follwed by new products, specials and featured.

In this case however, we see a product listing for each category. Have you turned off some or the other center column boxes? Are you using an add-in or a mod to display your center column?

In order to better understand whay is happening, here are the diagnostic steps that I would take. I'd do each in turn and see what the results are. Whatever happens, it provides you and us with more clues.

1. Add another product into the mens category and see where / if it is displayed
2. Increase the number of products to 11 and see what happens
3. Add a product to the wonen's section and see what happens
4. add a category image to each of the three sections and see if the layout changes

I would also try changing the value of Admin > Configuration > Maximum > Categories to List per Row, though doubt that this will have an impact.

Sorry that there's no quick answer at this time, but this does look like a design that is well worth the effort of fixing.

my web developer managed to help me solve the problem! thanks for the help u guys have given btw, the problem might be due to some poor or buggy coding done by the previous cart developer, becos i can only change the number of columns by manually editing the file and not through the cart's admin. really sloppy work by the cart developer

Funny Insect - Can we just clarify what you are saying ... are you saying that a previous web developer had hard coded the number of products displaying in a row in your specific Zen Cart, or are you suggesting that there might be a bug in Zen Cart generally?
