Missing payment module

I recently went looking for the TrustCommerce payment module in the Payment Modules section and could not locate it. In the "archived contributions" section I found old versions (0.3.1 and earlier, written in October 2004), but on the author's site I found references to a version 1.0 written in March 2005. I contacted the author directly, and he informs me that he does not know why the 1.0 version is no longer available, and unfortunately he does not have a copy of that version.

Can someone either

1) help me find it, if I've overlooked it somehow

2) let me know why it's no longer available

or

3) put it back on-line?

geeser00 asked for a copy a couple of months back before the script kiddies got to work here and caused havoc. Might be worth a pm to see if they have a copy.
