Regenerating deleted tables?

Hey everyone,

Well I was doing some "tweaking" today, and ended up screwing up my database a little. I was playing with and accidentally deleted the two tabes:

zen_products_attributes
zen_products_attributes_download

So obviously my MYD, MYI and FRM files are now gone. Is there a way to regenerate these two tables without re-doing my whole database? The store isn't live yet (thankfully).

If anyone has any easy-to-follow instructions on going about this, I would appreciate it a lot.

If I can't regenerate those tables, what is the best procedure for starting over? Just delete the database? Delete all files and completely reinstall?

And I did try to back up my database prior to messing around with it, but my service provider doesn't allow copying the files for some reason.

And just to clarify... There wasn't anything important in the tables. I'm not looking to recover the data. All that I need to do is create new ones that will allow me to start using my store.

And sorry for my lack of knowledge with MySQL - I'm learning new things every day. Like not to delete tables. ;)
