Hi all.

This is my third or fourth time trying to set up the store. haha. And I have two main problems now. But the strange thing is that these problems only plague test accounts that I created today. The account I created yesterday works just fine (and it's the first customer account on the site).

1) Even though I have set it such that price is to be displayed with tax (for the admin as well), the price simply does not display with tax. This is not an issue for the first account. Only an issue for the three accounts I created today as tests.

2) Checkout procedure does not proceed beyond step one because shipping options do not display. Again, this is not an issue for the first account but only a problem for the three accounts I created today.

Product used to test all four accounts: Value VDB 500

Accounts: henry AT rodex DOT com (first account that is working), gohyongmin AT gmail DOT com, incipientclarity AT gmail DOT com, alice AT wonderland DOT com - The latter three are the ones that are having problems

The password for the alice AT wonderland DOT com account is minmin and the password for the henry AT rodex DOT com account is testpass if you want to see the difference.

The only differences between the two accounts now is the for city, henry AT rodex DOT com has SGP while alice AT wonderland DOT com has Singapore. I tried changing the city field to SGP for alice AT wonderland DOT com and the two problems still exist. So I doubt it has anything to do with account fields.

If anyone can please help me out, I would be very very grateful. I am hoping to try to get the store up and running as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

Additional information:
- I'm using SSl for the store and admin.
- I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.0.1.
- Tax zones, zones and shipping have all been configured. Like I said, the store works perfectly find for the first account ([email protected]) but not for the subsequent three I created today.
