    Default zencart with ccavenue problem

    hi! I have setup zencart on my site and have an account with ccavenue also.

    The integration too is complete in terms of uploading the ccavenue module and making the settings.

    However, when a customer places an order - and it works fine - I only get information about the total order amount. Information about the products/ qty are not there.

    What do I need to do to ensure that orders placed thru ccavenue also carry the product/qty details.

    Hi,

    Could someone please give me a link to the cc avenue contrib, I lost it in a hard disk crash.

    Rohit, a rather clumsy workaround is to actually finish up the order process and then pass the customer to the gateway, the gateway does not need or accept order contents. Now you have a copy of the order logged seperately in your admin and an Email conformation of "that" order from the gateway.

    Hello, did you get your problem solved about CCavenue and Zen Cart? Because I am having almost similar problems. When the customers pay for the product, and the payment is approved and the customer and myself got successful confirmation from CCavenue, but no order shows on Zen Cart Admin. So which means I got the payment, but don't know what customer orders. It is very awkward asking the customer what is their order on your own store.

    If you got your problem solved, I'll appreciate an input from you.
