I am stuck trying to move catalog

Hi -

I am trying to move my catalog and db to another server. I have done this before successfully but I can't figure this out. I modified both configure.php(s) to point to the new db.

When trying to get to admin I get:
0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[delete from zen_db_cache]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

When trying to run fix_cache I get:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/museum/public_html/catalog/fix_cache_key.php:43) in /home/museum/public_html/catalog/includes/init_includes/init_database.php on line 29

Any ideas?
Does anyone know how to manually login to MYSQL to verify user ID and password are correct?

When you made the database ...

You made a username and password ...

Did you remember to add the username to the database?

Yes. Username was added and matched with statements in configure.php. Does the password in configure.php need to be enrypted?
Is there someway to manually login or at least check to see if userid / password are working on the db?

I have it working now - Deleted and recreated db userid.
