Using Different Logo and Tile image in one EZ Page

Hi,

I'm new to zencart (it has taken 20 mins to work out how to post a thread!). For one of my EZ Pages I'd like to use diffrerent images for; logo, header and footer of one page only. So this page looks completely different to all other pages, including logo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did took a look at the Admin Panel Tools -> Ez Pages
try to expirience there something I U can add new files for the pagess and try to modify them I didn't expirienced with that but you should try that way

There are several ways of approaching this. Which is best would depend on what you wanted to go on that page. It might for example be better to use the define pages feature as this gives a key extra piece of control over the CSS than EZ-Pages. To assess the best route ...

Do you want the same Zen Cart features and structure as your other pages with only the heading, footer and logo changing?

What sort of content will go in the middle column of this page?

Are the images you are using in the header and footer background images?

Is your logo a background image, or would you be able to move it there?

Hi,

thanks for responding and apolgies for the delay in my response, I have been away. Yes, I want the same ZenCart structure as the other pages with only header & footer images different as well as different top logo.

The middle of the page will be html.

The header & footer images will be background and 'm happy for logo to be background as well.

I tried defining new pages using the following advice to the letter but it didn't work for me on V1.3 of ZenCart

Is this the best way to define new pages (sorry to go off thread)? Assuming it is, how do I define new style for header & footer background images as well as logo?

If the header, footer and logo are to be different from your other pages and the content is plain HTML, i.e. not Zen Cart generated content, then the easiest way would be to create your page in any HTML editor and give Zen Cart a link (or links) to it via EZ-Pages.

To create the links go to Admin > Tools > EZ-Pages. Click on the new file button at the bottom of the page. Set whether you wish the links to appear in your header, sideboxor footer (or any combination) and give it a non-zero order. Ignore the HTML box and Internal URL field. Enter the link to your page in the External URL Link field and then click on the insert button.
