Help with step one, still.

OK, this sounds crazy, but is there anyone out there, who is familiar and comfortable with the setup of this cart, that would be willing to call and help me if I provide a phone number?
I've been trying for weeks, and I can not get past the upload/database stage. I can't afford to have someone do a "consult call", and have now declined payment for the site, because I can't get this cart up. The advice here on the forum (while very detailed, didn't seem to deal with the actual problem I was having, and the other forums (not zen) assumed that I could upload it, which IS the problem. They all seem to LOVE the cart, and I'm sure I will too, if I can ever get past the stage of having the un-zipped folder on my desktop.(yes I've read the instructions)
I've really got to get this up for this little boy, since the rest of the site has been done for ages, and I would love it if someone would be up for walking me through it on the phone rather then via typing, because obviously I'm having difficulties understanding that way Sorry, I know it's unorthodox and opens a whole series of others asking for the same thing, but I'm asking for any private citizen, who thinks that they may be able to help me for about 15 minutes, if they feel like doing so, and if not, then that's fine also, but I have to ask at this point.

FileZilla it is a free FTP client. Download it and set up to access your host server. Do you knot how to use FTP?

to unzip the files download the WINRAR.Even in tril version will let you unzip the files.You need to access your host server and create dir (zencart or zenshop) under public_html.Using FTP upload all files to that zen? dir.
While in your server create db entry - mine is "jesphoto_zen).Remember or write down that name.Create user passwort for dbase.That for now.It is a lenghty proccess.After uploading the file and dbase set up the next step will be to run installation.
