Login issues

ok...I updated the config files and the following has happened:

1. It's no longer reading my CSS...check it out for yourself:

http://www.boosternation.com/conway

2. When I manually type in http://www.boosternation.com/conway/admin it is automatcially defaulting to: http://www.boosternation.com/conway/...dmin/login.php

3. When I delete the additional /conway/ I can attempt to login...but it still isn't working.

Any other ideas?

When you define the URLs ... don't include the directory, for /includes/configure.php change:

ok...made the changes...and still no luck logging in.

Also, I noticed that when I add an item to the cart it still shows the cart as being empty.

Assuming you did followed the instructions from the docs, from the latest downloaded package of Zen Cart, then it would be a great idea to point out your URL to your techsupp.php file. Perhaps it's a server-side issue but want to make sure first.

I did follow the instructions...the store was operating fine until my host switched platforms on June 7.

Since this seem to be a server-side related issue, I'd suggest sending a support ticket message to your web hosting service, since - only them - can resolve this problem from their end.

If not, you'd need to find a certified web hosting service.

Well, there's the problem...I have been contacting them EVERY day...and I'm getting nowhere with them except the standard "our engineers are working on it" response.

I was hoping someone would have an answer before I go to a new host and reinstall. I'm not looking forward to that process.
