Strange problem when I changed hosts.

The good news, I dropped my last host who went from bad to worse
The bad news....
Theres a bit of a weird problem regarding when I moved to the new host with the admin on my 1.3.0.1 test site, I changed the shared ssl in the config files, and everything works on the customer side, when I try to check the admin I get...

Its not life and death as its only my test site (luckily my REAL sites are fine) but I would still like it up and running.

Sounds like those files are either missing or corrupted. Try reuploading.

Thanks for your reply,
Ive already been down this route and this wasnt succesful.
I have downloaded a new set of files and overwritten them and its still the same.

Any more ideas would be appreciated.
