    UPS charges are not consistent!

    Good day!
    The problem is the UPS shipping cost through Zencart is always lower than what UPS. com shows. I have the correct product weights and I've adjusted the tare weights up to a very large number in order to get accurate shipping charges according to UPS.com. My ship from Zip Code is correct and the test ship to address are correct. I have a product that wieghs 5.95lbs and tare wieghts of 9lbs to get close to the realtime shipping charges from UPS.com

    Anyone with ideas on this issue would be helpful!

    Are you comparing Residential delivery rates to Commercial Business rates?

    I didn't mention. Zencart and UPS.com are set to RES. rates.

    Well- the rates quoted come from a UPS server- perhaps this needs to be taken up with them?

    It's because you don't have your pick up correct. I think you need to set it to RDP. Not the OT.

    The sent was already set to RDP. We use our own Packaging and its set to CP. Tax Class is set to none and tax basis is set to shipping. I do have 1.50 in handling charges, but that wouldn't explain the under charges from zencart to UPS.com either.

    I will contact UPS and go down that avenue. But I would appreciate any further advise in the mean time.
