I have created several pages that will be used in a TOC and have set the chapter as the instructions say
and I have added a sort order.
but NO luck
any assistance will be appreciated

Its not creating the table of contents.
If I read correct there should be a small table thats created that has the new links

Peek in the Configuration ... EZ-Pages Settings ...
Make sure it is turned on to show that ...EZ-Pages Table of Contents for Chapters Status

0= OFF
