Expanding The Model Field

I'm wondering where I would go to expand the Model # field from 32 characters up to 40. It only currently allows 32, but I don't see anywhere in the Admin to be able to change this. Can it be done via the Admin or do I need to do it in the code, and if so, what page controls that?

I am trying to add a style in the Model field because I can't find a way to add in another field like model, price, etc. that shows up on the All Products list view. If anyone knows how to add an additional field that would also work.

You can change the Product Model fields in phpMyAdmin ...

Be sure to do all tables such as:
products
orders_products

etc. etc. etc. where the products_model is used ...
