Template not showing on the drop down menu

Hi!
I have installed a new template to the shoesnstuff.com/public_html/1/includes/templates/ and it is not showing on the drop down menu.
It does not have extra characters ex.(_.?*&^%$#@!) and it is still not showing. Can someone help me?

Is this installed something like this:
includes/templates/custom

With the template_info.php in side the custom folder? like this
incudes/templates/custom/template_info.php

If not create folders and move/copy files to these locations and see if it shows up.

I removed it, Even after doing that is still want showing.
