I'm sorry, I know I should know who this should be directed to but my mind is just blank!

I just wanted to let you know of the absolutely horrible experience I am having with iDev, because you do recommend them on the Recommended Services page of this site. I completely realize that noone here is responsible for the actions of iDev, but I just thought you might want to know, it's my understanding that others have had bad experiences as well, so perhaps they're not a good company to recommend?

I purchased iDev Affilliate Gold over a week ago. The Commission Alert program will not install, the file keeps giving me an error message. This is probably something very simple, but I just don't know what. I've installed lots of other programs with no difficulties. Anyways, I checked their site and could not find a phone number or e-mail address. The only way to contact them is via their support ticket system. So I opened a ticket and waited to hear. I did not receive a response so opened another ticket. To date I have opened 6 tickets and not received a response. I filed a claim with Paypal and it was denied because Paypal protection does not cover electronic goods. I am so frustrated right now. The affiliate part works fine, I would just like them to either send me an install file that works, or refund the $50 extra I paid for the Commission Alert/Commission Stats programs.

I am just totally shocked at their lack of communication. Even if the error is because of something I did wrong, the least they could do is e-mail me back. I have never dealt with a company with this poor of customer service. I wish now that I'd paid via credit card so I could do a chargeback

OK, I'm done now I just wanted to share this so hopefully others don't encounter the same problem.

Oooh one other thing, there is a customer service phone number linked to their paypal account, going to try that right now :) But still, IMHO there is no excuse for their lack of response to the support tickets.
