1.3.x new stylesheet CSS and page size

Hi, All:

I have checked my new site, and the page size is 50k, but stylesheet CSS alone account for 22k. This is in 1.3.0.1 version.

when I check the older 1.2.6 version the page size is 38k, the CSS is only 10k.

My question is: can I reduce the CSS size to be as same as older version?

Which template are you using? Maybe Classic, which has three stylesheets?
Some of my css files for Zen Cart 1.3* are only 12k

it looks like every page has at lease 2 CSS, so if each is 11k, then it would be 22k to download for the browser.

My goal is to keep each page small enough for the dial-upers

is there anyway to reduce the CSS files to 1?

If you are using Classic which comes with ZenCart 1.3*, then suggest switching
to Kuroi's adaptation of Classic, called Future Zen, available in downloads section here(Link at top of this page) Only one stylesheet, plus print stylesheet.
Otherwise, use default template to create one of your own.
