Removing 'Max: 1'

Hey guys...on my product listings pages, each product says Max: 1 next to the buy now button...How can i remove this?

Also i've got another problem...On the actual product info page, the model, quantity, weight, etc. are listed nicely in bullet points...How can I add a few more things below the weight??

First one is easy.
Go to Admin->Catalog->Catagories/products. In each products info. there is a 'Product Qty Maximum' setting, change this to 0.

Don't have a clue about your other problem though.
