Shipping Module Assistance

Hello,
I am in Australia and I am trying to setup two postage options:

Local: $5
National: $10

I have installed the $10 one, but it doesnt come up in the checkout process.

"Shipping Method
This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.
Flat Rate
Best Way $0.00 "

Can anyone help me out? Is there somewhere with instructions for setting up zencart postage.

What Shipping Methods are installed?

If you make 1 for one zone and 1 for the other ... you will only see 1 or the other but never both ...

So I am a tad lost on what you are trying to do ...

okay dont worry about two options ... how do i make the one option work in the checkout ??? keeps coming up as "bestway" = $0

How much is Flat set to? In the Modules ... Shipping ... Flat?

Can you change $10.00 to 10.00 so that it is a number and not a word ...
