Hi Gilby,
Using Easypopulate.

The reason for my initial message was because I was very active with zencart when the first release of Easy Populate was first released and full of bugs.. and I wondered if this was still the case or another module had been developed.
But due to the zencart community and a active developer :-) , these now seemed ironed out and the mod working very well.
