Login page shows up blank

I just started working on the cart and the login page shows up blank for some reason. I don't even remember editing any files, except the stylesheet and some things in the Admin, but this has never happened to me before. Any ideas?

Try reloading all the files for:

/includes/modules/pages/login/*.*

/includes/templates/template_default/tpl_login_default.php

If you have one:

/includes/templates/your_template_dir/tpl_login_default.php

/inclues/languages/english/login/php

It looks like you have bad or missing files ...

There are only 4 files in this folder. Correct?

I do have this file, except it's in templates/my_template/templates/ folder

if are not edited this files in your template try recopy files from the original zen cart instalation I mean just download the basic zen cart and recopy the files in this folders if your are not edited them .
just try if its not as you want u have to rebuild the code again thing after thing after every change test the page.

I hade the same problem and I was forced to test after every change.
And make backup before make such a changes that can affect globally of your shop.

EDIT:
in the original template they are in and u must have it in ur tamplate becouse zen cart knows that they are there but actually i missed to copy them

There might have been a mess-up when I upgraded the cart, since the cPanel doesn't offer the most up-to-date version of ZenCart. I'm just gonna remove it and reinstall the newest version.

dont u have a backup before u made the upgrade?

I didn't edit anything before the upgrade. It was a fresh install.

EDIT
Other way u can first build your website in local machine

then all u have to do is just upload it and export the DB then fix the path and every thing will be more easier.

Yeah, exactly. That's why I said I will remove this one and get a new install with full fileset.
