Multiple Store Owners?

Just did a test with creating a new account to review the welcome email message, and I noticed that the email message is closed with Sincerely and my name as store owner. I've added my partner's name in the Admin Section in the Configuration/My Store section, but I'm wondering if there's also a way to change the closing title from "Store Owner" to "Store Owners". Or, maybe I should just comment out the closing alltogether? Will this show up somewhere else that I need to worry about?

The information used in the email closing is in the Admin> Configuration> My Store

You can change it as needed.
