During input of the CVV code, is there a way to change the numbers being displayed with dots similar to bullet points so that all that is dispayed on the screen is three or four dots?

On the order confirmation page how can I get only the last 4 credit card numbers to display. Right now the first four also display. I would like the first 4 to be replaced by X's like the middle 8 digits are replaced.

I would also like to remove the display of the CVV number on the confirmation page. How can this be accomplished?
