Shipping Estimator logic / breadcrumb problem(s)

v1.3.02 - fresh install (not upgrade)

USPS module - getting rates okay

When a VISITOR clicks shipping estimator they get drop down of country/state/zip - all okay....BUT....

When a LOGGED-IN customer checks rates the estimator uses their address with no choices. If the customer proceeds to check out and enters new shipto address, they are more or less painted into a corner if they want to continue shopping - the breadcrumbs won't take them pack to 'The Shopping Cart' - it leaves them at step 1 of checkout and requires using browser back button or cart sidebox. Once back to the shopping cart the shipping estimator defaults to customer address, but does have drop-down choices for shipto addresses previously entered in checkout, but not country/state/zip.

This is awkward and inconvenient for customers.

- how can a logged-in customer get their choice of drop-down country/state/zip?

- how can a customer continue shopping, via breadcrumbs or "continue shopping" button once in checkout?

Currently, if the customer is logged in and has multiple addresses there is a dropdown to select from ...

This has not been designed at this time to change addresses once logged in ...
