Is there a way to add a third address line to the customer information page?

Under Customer Details, there is an option to toggle the Address Line 2 Field.... is there a way to add another toggle for an Address Line 3 Field?

EDIT: Basically we are trying to get the customer info page to be able to accomodate very long/multi-line addresses such as is common with APO/FPO addresses.
