If you wish to offer a chat facility to customers then do it with a 'Skype Me' link. It doesn't cost you any bandwidth.

I installed the Live Help sidebox and although all my sideboxes have borders, the live help box doesn't.
Can someone give me any clues please.

yep on my site livehelp box is working fine which is by craftysyntax just check it out at
www.shop2buy.com.au
download the module from download section and work as per instructions
