Using FireFox with the Web Toolkit will help you a GREAT deal. Get a copy and get to know it. It will save you many hours of frustration.
Once the Web Toolkit is installed, you can click on Information in the Web Toolbar, then Display Element Information. A yellow box will appear that will give you the information you need about any item on the page.
In this case, all the items you are looking for are marked legend.

As dbltoe says, the web developer toolkit is invaluable. But often a quick look at the HTML that Zen Cart has generated and a ctrl-F to find the text that you want to style will reveal the tags available for styling and their hierarchy even more quickly. I then use the Edit CSS functon in the web developer toolkit to test the impact of CSS changes before commiting them to my stylesheet.
