    Did you read the FAQ?

    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/faq.ph...faq_add_images

One tip on using Zen Cart. If you suspect that your issue has been a concern of other Zenners, do use the Search features. It will save you time and aggravation.

It also demonstrates your integrity and dedication.

Hi Diana, Thank you for the link, I am a bit new to zencart and I iwll have to play more attention to the FAQ and search the forums, just that my languaje is spanish and I have to guess sometimes the best way to search...

I have tryied the things in the FAQ, but for some reason it is not working, I have created 2 images that go with one of the products on my store and name them spycam_01.jpg and spycam_02.jpg, now, the second image does not appear in the product description just the main one that was uploaded when I created the product.

    Any idea?

    I apreciate your help.

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks kim,

Yes I did, I uploaded by FTP an image with exaclty the same prefix and just a number 02 on it...

    example,
    spycam_01.jpg
    spycam_02.jpg
    same directory...

    That should work.

Then something is amiss. Just to be sure, you have:

    images/dvd/spycam.jpg
    images/dvd/spycam_01.jpg
    images/dvd/spycam_02.jpg

And then a larger image at:
    images/large/dvd/spycam_LRG.jpg
    images/large/dvd/spycam_01_LRG.jpg
    images/large/dvd/spycam_02_LRG

This way works great according to Kim's A Bug's Life tutorial!

Maybe you have different extention name on images? (jpg or gif)

Did you check your image settings in admin?

Product Info - Number of Additional Images per Row 3

Check what Bobdog says. If your main image is a .gif, your additional images must also be .gif.

(a restriction I'm not entirely happy about, myself.)

Sounds like you named your first image fred_01.jpg and the next fred_02.jpg

That is not how the images work ...

The first image name is the "base" name ... fred.jpg

    Then its little friends are:
    fred_01.jpg
    fred_02.jpg
    fred_03.jpg
    fred_abc.jpg
    fred_something.jpg

    ooooooK

Here is, silly me, thanks to all for the help, I was wrong with the images names,
Thanks you Ajeh, I was naming the images with a "-" dash instead of " _ " underscore...

    Wrong way:

    spycam.jpg
    spycam-01.jpg
    spycam-02.jpg

    Right Way:

    spycam.jpg
    spycam_01.jpg
    spycam_02.jpg

Now, dbrewster, It seems I dont have the "Product Info - Number of Additional Images per Row 3" on my Product Info options... hmmm
I looked around cause I thought that was the solution, let me know where I can located

One more question, how I can display the images in a more stetic way? they just appear one after another in the bottom of my product descrition

I really bless you all for your help.

    Julio.
