Looking for Log In Mod

There used to be a mod in 1.2.7d that splits the Sign In, Create an Account page
in to two separate pages
one with " Existing User Sign In" and | New User ?(create an account)

"Create an account" Link would lead to a page with ONLY New Customer Sign Up....


Since switching to 1.3 i'm unable to find this contrib.

Any one has any info/ link on that ?
