    Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information

    I'm very new to this Zen Cart so please be patient.

    Its installed and running okay 1.3.0.1. At the minute I've only created one item for testing

    When I go to the check out and get to checkout stages

    I get to

    Continue to Step 2
    - choose your payment method. and there is a continue button, but when I click it nothing happens.

    I'm assuming that is because I haven't selected a shipping methof, but there is none being displayed (Breadcrumb Home | Checkout | Shipping Method ). I've selected two Flat Rate and Table. Tried turning one at a time off, makes no difference. Also at present only want to take payment by paypal and that all seems to be in place, but I cannot get any further or what to look for.

    Please help

    have you installed the payment method from admin?

    log onto your admin - goto modules - shipping - make sure you have at least one shipping option installed

    I had the same problem, but when I installed a shipping module, it worked fine

    **it may also get stuck on payment if you've not installed a payment module using exactly the same as above but goto - modules - payments

    hope this helps, I'm not that experienced myself so sorry if it doesnt

    Note: you will want to upgrade to v1.3.0.2 ... there are quite a few fixes in there ...

    Check the Shipping/Packaging setting ...

    Do your products have 0 weight?

    What is 0 weight set to?

    IF 0 weight means Free Shipping, you need the Free Shipping freeshipper Shipping Modules installed ...

    IF 0 weight does not mean Free Shipping, you need to turn that OFF

    Thank you for the help, but I hadn't setup the zones correctly and that fixed it.
