Default Changed minimum value, but still get error

    Hi all,

I got an email from a customer in Australia saying she was having trouble checking out since the post code there is only 4 digits. I checked in admin and my minimum zip value was 5, so I changed it to 4. However, I still get the "your zip code must be 5 digits" error even after changing the minimum value. I also tried entering 0 for the minimum but that didn't work either. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thank you!

    Set it to 4 ...

Close your browser, clear your cache ...

Now try it ... does it work?
