HELP! I Can't log into my admin!

Okay i need help ASAP! I had the store installed and everything was running smoothly. Today my client got up and tried to log into the admin and it says the username and password is incorrect when last night he was able to log in just fine! What happened and how can I change the username/password so he can log in again? If you need hte domain it is www.beyondskinscience.com/catalog

and also when i try to do a resend password to the admin e-mail address it keeps telling me i don't have the right e-mail...but i know its the one we set up for him-his only e-mail

Can you check / update the email in the database directly?
Then you can see if it was changed by the client.
If not - set the email to yours and reset it.

No file - in the database directly.
Go in through phpmyadmin.

i know i need to go through phpmyadmin..i'm just sure exactly where i need to go and what to do from there. sorry our programmer is out of the office today and i am trying to do this and i am not that familer with phpmy admin so i will need to be walked through this....

once you are in the cart database browse the admin table.
See what email is listed in the admin_email field.

I would imagine you could set up a new admin that way too.

okay i found the admin_email and i clicked on the change button...and that is where i am lost...then i clicked on the index button and clicked the edit button and all i got was this:

ALTER TABLE `admin` ADD INDEX(`admin_email`)

please help me and walk me through it step by step...i'm sorry!!!!!

Was the admin email the clients email?
(Make sure you click browse so you see info not just the field names)
If it was, that email is where the resend password is going to go.

If its not the clients email - then click edit and put the clients email in there.

okay i found where i can change the e-mail so the admin can send me a new password and i received the new password but when i went to log in it still said it was incorrect?
