Problem with installation

Hi, i have followed the documents showing how to install zencart but i still am getting some error messages. When i submit database setup info on the zencart installation i get the following appear at the top of the screen

I also get the error "Error encountered while writing /includes/configure.php". It tells me to change
- /includes/configure.php
- /admin/includes/configure.php
to permission 777 which i have done. I have tried uploading the zencart info three times to my host server (1 & 1 hosting), and have redownloaded zencart twice from the site.

I am at a loss, can anyone help?

What did you enter on the System Setup screen for "physical path"?
Actually, what did it suggest for you to use, and what did you change it to?
