Is there a way to override the freeshipper thing if an order is from outside the US?

Right now, sales are only to the US and some items have Free Shipping.

However, it would be great if there were a way for the shipping calculation to bypass the freeshipper and use the shipping tables (MZMT - thanks, dreamscape!) if the order is going international (outside US)

Any suggestions? This would be great to figure out.
