Im not sure if this is relevant to the Sage Pay Direct module or just a zen cart blip, but ill post anyway.

I use Sage Pay Direct on a clients website and it works brilliantly, but come into a bit of a problem where I use 3 payment options...

Cheque/Bank Transfer/ and also the Sage Pay Direct.

On my checking with IE, Firefox and Safari, whenever someone enters their card details in, Sage Pay Direct is automatically selected no matter what, but ive had reports that users on Blackberry and some computers(not been given details) it defaults to Cheque no matter what and its impossible to pay with their card details.

Has anyone else had anything similar happen that they could possibly advise on?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as its pretty difficult to diagnose.
