Weird spacing issues when using DefinePagesEditor

On http://www.poolspaequipmentdirect.com (my 1st Zen site- feedback welcome) on the Home Page, and any of the other non-product pages, the white area doesn't seem to line up with the header/footer width, and creates an odd / uneven look. I've tried various width changes to the table, but no luck.

I've also added a FAQ page manually, so my client can access it in Define Pages editor as define_FAQ.php - but for some reason, it keeps linking back to the homke page.

The other question is (I'm trying not to spam the forum with 4 postings @ once) - is there a way to make the front page only show 3 of the featured items.. instead of all of them?

    Thanks so much!

Well you have comitted the proverbial fopa and your site looks relatively complete.

You are using ver 1.3.x but have used the combination classic/original and new stylesheets and this causes conflict between that 2 stylesheets that are both used to render this site.

To make this a shorter fix I suggest that you look in the downloads section and get one of the start classic templates that are based upon the template_default fileset. As you have a tile_back.jpg for your current site replace the tile_back in the template that you select witrh your tile_back and your other items. just insure that the css file remains.

You actually have setup your own template 'poolsite' and possibly only need to set the underlying template to the template default. Without actually seeing what you have done this is difficult to disect as normally with a custom template as you have the default would be the template_default fileset, But you are using the combination orig & new.

    Looks great!!!

Now for your FAQ page...back out what you have attempted.

Use the ezpages from in your admin and create a page for FAQ's and place it where you want.

Thanks so much! I am going to try that. I am sure I will get it. Not only that, but since your last tip -- I was thrilled that my tables were aligned, I then read up on the template readme... so I forced myself to watch a Lynda.com video on CSS. CSS For designers-- I recommend it for anyone... granted, I needed a lot of coffee for it-- but I KNOW it will make all my future websites much better. With this knowledge, I feel I can really make powerful Zencart designs... Off to try and correctly CSS this site- and then add FAQ by an EZ Page.

Thanks for not only giving an answer, but following up to check my progress! You rock!
