    I'd recommend getting the Debug Tool in the Free Software Add Ons and see if that will show you your errors ...

    Has ANYONE found a solution for this? I am experiencing similar issues. URL is www.onlinenigerianshop.com
    Zen Cart version is 1.3.0.2

    I have the UPS, USPS and FreeShipper options enabled and the PayPal IPN payment option. Clicking on 'Continue to Checkout' refreshes the "main_page=checkout_shipping" page.

    I have set up one of my products, Klim, as 'virtual' and the checkout process works as it should but it doesn't proceed past Step 1 for normal shipping rules products.

    Please advise

    You are using an ancient, buggy version of Zen Cart ... you really should upgrade ...

    Your images are huge: 1733.72 KB (1775328 bytes)

    you really should reduce those to 1-5k as no one wants to wait around for those to load ...

    What Product(s) are you testing that you cannot checkout with?

    Thanks. Which images are huge?
    I have been bugging my hosting coy for an upgrade but (ipower.com) tells me that I can't upgrade. Very ancient, I wish I had known...

    Do you have Zones set on the Shipping Modules?

    Do you have Sort Orders on 1 or more shipping module?

    If you have Sort Orders on 1 or more shipping modules, make sure ALL of the shipping modules have them ...

    Do you have weight on your products?

    Do you have 0 weight defined as Free Shipping?

    If 0 weight is Free Shipping do you have the Free Shipping freeshipper installed?

    If you edit and save your setting on each shipping module to NotePad, then do a REMOVE ... INSTALL ... and reconfigure ... does this work?

    Yes to all your questions except the last suggestion. How do I save to notepad and reconfigure?

    Correction: I don't have Zones set on shipping modules? Should I?

    Saying YES to all of the questions is hard to understand ...
    Do you have Sort Orders on 1 or more shipping module?

    If you have Sort Orders on 1 or more shipping modules, make sure ALL of the shipping modules have them ...
    Does that mean YES you have unique sort orders on all of your shipping modules? Meaning do not have any of them numbered and leave 1 or more at 0 ...

    Make sure all are enabled ...

    You edit each shipping module and save each answer to NotePad so you can REMOVE and INSTALL the shipping module and put back the settings you have configured ... beats a pencil and paper ...

    IT WORKS!! Thanks Ajeh but I finally got it to work and you wouldn't believe what the problem was...I closed my browser session and opened a new one and voila! All my options now show up.

    Thanks for your help and please do let me know what pictures that are huge if you can.

    In FTP you can browse your /images directory and it will show you file sizes ...

    You have too many for me to go through to tell you what images are too big and you will need to do this for yourself ...

    You also might look into FireFox and the Web Developer Add On that has numerous tools to help you with page sizes and can help you see image sizes at a glance when viewing pages on your site ...
