Testimonials Manager 1.01 by Derek - help?? errors

Hi Guys,

I download Derek's Testimonials Manager 1.01 from http://www.perfectdesigning.net/

I uploaded all the files as per instructions, When I go to "Install SQL Patches" and select the testimonials.sql and click Upload I get error:

1062 Duplicate entry '51' for key 1

The module appears to work fine except every time a user submits a tutorial they see this message:

Warning: mail(): Bad parameters to mail() function, mail not sent. in /home/content/a/p/e/apemusic/html/includes/classes/email.php on line 554

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/a/p/e/apemusic/html/includes/classes/email.php:554) in /home/content/a/p/e/apemusic/html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 52

The testimonial submits and I get an email but it is not very professional for customers to see an error when they submit! I would rather them see a thank you page ... I have tried absolutely everything and have no idea what to do??
I even went to includes/classes/email.php on line 554 and commented out that part by putting // at the start (same effect as deleting it) and that stopped the error message coming but no emails went to my inbox, which was no big deal, except EVERY email from the site even regarding orders and contact us did not get delivered to me so I missed all emails for a day, so obviously what I did was wrong so I have changed that back

I really want to get this working ASAP before my customers forget ... the module is great if it would just work!

In fact it does work, the testimonials submit fine, if the customer just didn't see that error message it would be great

where do I look even? please I have no clue and I just going by trial and error through each of the testimonials files one by one

help?

have you contacted the place you got it from,
them may possibly have a fix for you already

yeah I got their latest version (June 2006)

I thought someone would know since I found the download off this board and it seemed to be the only automated testimonials floating around

I managed to fix it by commenting // out the line which says 'send welcome email' so now it doesn't email me when someone posts a testimonial and as a result there are no errors
