Shipping x11

Hi

My site is taking shipping costs and multiplying them by 11! No idea why. Any ideas?

I've looked at my zones shipping section and it seems ok to me. I've also looked under the main admin option for shipping - again it seems ok. Obviously I'm missing something! I've installed the UK template - not sure if that makes a difference.

If your shipping weight is real heavy goto Admin > Configuration > Shipping/Packaging. And change the Maximum Package Weight.

Ah thanks! I went into admin and was adding a percentage for packaging but had already taken it into account in my item weight. Its sorted now!

Thanks for the update that the settings in the Shipping/Packaging cause your shipping issues ... always a help to others ...
