After looking through every admin menu, I am left with the question:
How do I turn off the New Products display when the shopping cart is empty?

For that one ... you need to use the templates and overrides and comment out the centerboxes ...
I umm ... kinda sorta ... like well ... moofed up and forgot a set ...
