Quantities Box

when i dispaly all products, It shows some products with the Quanitys box and some with "more info" how do i change this so they all display the quanitys boxs??

If a Product has attributes you will see the more info ... as the customer has to make a choice to obtain the attributes ... this is done from the product _info page ...
